摘要
文章介绍炭/炭复合材料的制备技术和该材料的特性,机轮对炭/炭复合材料刹车盘的使用要求。对炭/炭复合材料刹车盘的机加工工艺可靠性作了探讨和分析,特别对加工刹车盘啮合齿廓时刀具的磨损对加工精度的影响、在数控机床加工刀偏的调整、保证工件质量作了一定的探讨。
This paper introduced the preparation technology and characteristics of carbon/carbon composites, the requirement of wheel on carbon/carbon brake disk, and discussed the reliability of machining technology on carbon/carbon brake disk. The influence of tool wear on machining accuracy when machining meshing gear profile of brake disk, adjustment on the error of cutting tool of CNC lathe, guarantee for the quality of workpieces were especially discussed.
