摘要
文章论述了企业人才与岗位匹配的基本原理,并结合湖南省地勘单位人力资源管理工作实际,提出了实现企业人才与岗位合理匹配的人力资源管理工作观点及措施。
In this thesis, the author expounded the fundamentals about the match between talented persons and posts in enterprises. Combining well with the actual situation of human resource management in Hunan geological prospecting unit, it put forward the processes and measures of human resource management, which are on how to achieve the rationalization match between talented persons and posts in enterprises.
