摘要
从含硫土壤中分离筛选出无机化能自养型脱硫细菌,将其接种到可调温式生物滴滤塔中填料表面脱除气体中的SO2,考察了入口体积负荷、停留时间、循环液喷淋密度及温度对净化效果的影响.结果表明:气体停留时间为49.5s,喷淋密度为1.91m3.m-2.h-1(喷淋量15L/h),循环水温度为32℃时,滴滤塔对浓度为3000mg/m3以下的SO2气体有较高的去除效率,去除体积负荷达到150g.m-3.h-1以上.
An obligate chemolithoautotrophic strain of desulfurization microognism was isolated from sulf-soit, which was inoculated in the temperature adjustable bio-trickling filter to remove SO2. The influence of inlet volume loading, residence time, spray density and temperature of circulating liquor on removal efficiency were investigated. Results show that the bio-trickling filter could obtain higher removal efficiency of SO2 of concentration below 3 000 mg/m^3 and volume removal loadings reached 150 g·m^-3·h^-1 as gas residence time reaches 49.5 seconds, spray density 1.91 m^3·m^-2·h^-1 (spray liquid rate 15 L/h) and temperature of circulating liquor 32℃.
