摘要
针对城市污水中污染物的处理特性,将造粒流化床高效固液分离装置用于城市污水处理,并利用溶气泵对处理水进行回流溶氧方式向流化床内提供溶解氧,使其具有好氧生物处理能力,从而构成了生物造粒流化床污水处理系统.实验表明,生物造粒流化床能在一个单元内同时完成混凝造粒、生物降解、高效固液分离等多个水处理过程,对SS、COD、TP、TN的去除率分别达到95%、90%、94%、45%以上,大幅度缩短了流程而且达到与常规活性污泥法相当的二级处理效果.
According to treatment characteristics of pollutants in municipal wastewater, fluidized-pellet-bed (FPB) highly effective solid/liquid separation device was used directly for raw wastewater treatment, and air-dissolving pump was used for backflow of treated water in order to provide dissolved oxygen to fluidized-pellet-bed bioreactor making FPB bioreactor have the ability of aerobic biological treatment. All of this forms a new technology for wastewater treatment: fluidized-pellet-bed bioreactor. Experimental researches show that within a total hydraulic retention time (HRT) of only about 40 minutes, the FPB bioreactor can accomplish many processes such as coagulational pelletisation, biological degradation, solid/liquid separation etc. at the same time in one unit, achieve more than 95%removal of SS, 90% of COD, 94% of TP, 45% of TN, reach the effect equivalent to that of secondly treatment of conventional activated sludge process and considerably save the procedure.
