黄河下游郑汴城市防洪减灾模型研究

摘要 针对黄河下游河道的历史和现状,从自然地理、人文地理、河流动力学以及人河和谐、可持续发展的角度出发,研究黄河下游河道的兴利、除害问题,以郑汴一体化后的城市为例,建立概念性的数学模型,对黄河下游滩区防洪、减灾措施,模型关键技术等进行了分析论证。 Aiming at the history and present situation of the lower Yellow River channel, from the view of plysical geography, human geography, river dynamic and the harmonious sustainable development of people and river, this paper researches benefit-raising problems of the lower Yellow River channel. Taking the city after Integration of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng as an example, this paper also establishes the conceptual mathematical model to analyze and prove the key technique of flood control and disaster reduction of the lower Yellow River area.
