摘要
冠部设计是PDC钻头总体设计的一个重要组成部分,过去一直是凭经验设计,缺乏理论依据,随意性较大。鉴于此,根据PDC钻头冠部设计的基本要求,推导出了按等切削、等磨损和等功率原则设计的理论冠部曲线方程式,解决了PDC钻头设计中长期存在的理论问题,并建立了计算机辅助冠部设计的方法和相应的计算机程序。运用该方法进行冠部设计,可以提高设计的科学性和准确性。该方法已在生产实践中得到应用,取得了很好的使用效果。
The design of bit profile is an important part of PDC bit design, and it is always made by designers on the basis of their experience. In this article, according to the essential retwrements of PDC bit profile design, the equations of theoretical profile curve are derived under equal-volumn-per-cutter, equal-wear-per-cutter and equal-power-per-cutter principle, and the method and relative programs for bit profile colnputer-aided design are presented, which have been successfully applied in practice.
