安徽省2006～2008年度婴儿死亡监测结果分析

Analysis of Infant Death Causes Surveillance in 2006～2008 in Anhui Province

目的了解安徽省2006～2008年度婴儿死亡情况,分析主要死亡原因,提出干预措施。方法对2006～2008年度安徽省5岁以下儿童死亡进行监测,并收集婴儿死亡相关资料进行分析。结果安徽省婴儿死亡前5位死因为出生窒息、先天性心脏病、早产和低出生体重、意外窒息、肺炎。结论应提高基层产儿科诊治水平,减少出生窒息的发生;进一步开展孕前保健、孕期保健和产前诊断,减少严重畸形儿的出生。

Objective To describe the situation of infant death in Anhui province from 2006 to 2008, analyze the main causes of death,and propose the intervention measures. Methods Death of Children under 5 years old was monitored and the surveillance data from 2006 to 2008 were analyzed. Results The top five causes of infant death were birth asphyxia, congenital heart disease, premature birth and low birth weight, accidental suffocation, pneumonia. Conclusion Diagnosis and treatment level of pediatrics in basic hospitals should be improved in order to reduce the occurrence of birth asphyxia. To carry out pre - pregnancy healthcare, pregnancy care and prenatal diagnosis to reduce the birth of severely deformed ehildren.
