摘要 牧草的高水分打捆贮藏是减少牧草养分损失的有力措施,但是,在贮藏过程中也会因为微生物的活动使牧草发热或腐坏而导致养分的损失。因此,在干草调制过程中,应添加干草防腐剂以抑制微生物的生长和繁殖。干草防腐剂的种类很多,主要包括有机酸类、酸式盐、铵类化合物、尿素和生物制剂等。用添加防腐剂的干草饲喂动物的试验研究表明,添加防腐剂的干草相比于未添加防腐剂的干草适口性好,消化率和生产价值也较高。未来防腐剂的研究和开发应朝着方便、优质、高效、低成本且无毒副作用、无残留的方向发展。 Bale and store of hay under high moisture condition is one of main measure for reducing loss of nutrition of forage. However,activity of microbe may beget an increase of heat or putrescence, which leads to loss of nutrition during the store. Therefore,it is necessary to add the antiseptic for restraining growth and re- production of microbe during the processing hay. There are many kinds of antiseptic including organic acid,acid salt,amine compound, urea, biological preparation and so on. Feeding experiments of livestock indicated that there were higher palatability, digestibility and production value for hay added antiseptic compared with hay not added antiseptic. Antiseptic research should be focus on convenience, high quality, efficiency, lower cost, no toxic side effect and no residual.
