Exploration of Environment Design Method for Urban Land Conservation Residences in Tianjin

基于天津市村镇住房建设过程中存在着大量的土地资源浪费现象,从农民的生活生产实际出发,引入"省地型"住区的开发理念,探索适合小城镇住区的节能省地规划方法.

There exist the phenomenon of waste of enormous land resources in the dwelling construction of villages and small towns in Tianjin. Based on this, in terms of the life and production realities of farmers, this paper introduces the development concepts of land conservation residential districts and probes into the energy-saving and land conservation planning methods for urban residential districts.
