摘要
宝钢1号高炉炉顶结构体量大、外形特殊,其大修时采用高位整体拆除、高空滑移与安装的方法进行新旧炉顶结构置换,其抗风稳定性问题是施工成败的关键.根据国内外相关文献对其施工过程中典型位置进行了稳定性计算分析.结果表明,新高炉炉顶结构在10 a重现期的风压下,抗倾覆稳定性可以满足要求.
The top structure of blast furnace No 1 in Baosteel is large in size and particular in appearance. In its general overhauling, the high-level integral dismantlement and high-altitude slip and erection are adopted to substitute a new top for the old one, in which the wind stability is the key to the success or failure of the construction. Based on domestic and foreign relevant data, this paper carries out stability analyses on the typical positions in the consturction. The results show that, under the wind pressure of 10-year return period, the anti-overturn stability of the new top structure will answer the needs.
