摘要
分析了网络环境下医院图书馆的发展趋势与面临的挑战,结合工作实际,提出了医院图书馆利用现代化信息手段开展信息服务的途径及提高图书情报人员素质和服务水平的措施.
This paper analyses the development trend and confronted challenges of hospital libraries in network envioment, and presents based on working practice avenues to provide information service by means of modern information media and measures to improve the quality and service level of library and intelligence personnel.
