新型抽油光杆密封装置

New polished rod sealing device

针对常规式光杆密封器无中心调偏，更换密封圈不方便和防喷系统结构复杂的缺陷及在使用中经常失效的现状，研制了一种新型光杆密封器。密封器由主体、圆柱形防喷密封圈、球形底座、密封盒和锥形密封圈组成，其特点是可实现密封器角度调偏、密封圈拆装方便及防喷机构简单可靠。模拟试验和现场使用情况表明，新型光杆密封器设计合理，结构简单，性能可靠，操作简便。密封圈使用寿命延长，密封器寿命比常规式光杆密封器提高5－6倍。

In view of the disadvantages of conventional rod sealing devices and the status that the devices used to fail in service, a new polished rod sealing device is developed. The new device is made up of body, cylindric sealing ring, spherical seat, sealing box and conic sealing ring. It is characterized by heing able to regulate the angle of the sealing device,being convenient to remove and install the sealing ring and having simple and reliable blowout-prevention mechanism.Simulation test and field application show that the new polished rod sealing device has the advantages of reasonable design, simple structure, reliable peiformance and convenient use, and the service life of the sealing ring is extended, the life of the sealing device is improved by 5 ~ 6 times than that of the conventional device.
