黄炎培职业道德教育思想视阈下的师德建构

Construction of Teachers' Professional Ethics in Sphere of Huang Yanpei's Idea of Work Ethic Education

针对当前高职院校师德建设中存在的问题,按照黄炎培职业道德教育思想对教师师德的要求,提出了当前高职院校师德建构的途径,即:教师个人要高度重视自身的师德修养,高职院校要建立和完善科学的师德建构保障机制.

In view of the existing problems in the construction of teachers＂ professional ethics in higher vocational education, this paper puts forward, according to Huang Yanpei＇s idea of occupational ethics education, avenues to the construction of teachers＂ ethics at present, that is, attaching t great importance to the personal ethical attainments of teachers themselves and establishing and improving the scientific security mechanism of teachers＂ ethics construction in higher vocational colleges.
