彩色多普勒超声心动图在急性肺动脉栓塞诊断中的应用价值

Application of Color Doppler Echocardiogram in Diagnosis of Acute Pulmonary Arterial Embolism

目的:探讨经胸彩色多普勒超声心动图在急性肺动脉栓塞诊断中的应用价值。方法:对11例经临床综合诊断为急性肺动脉栓塞的患者行经胸超声心动图检查。结果:超声心动图发现单侧肺动脉内附壁栓子5例,6例仅表现为右心容量负荷增加和肺动脉高压,肺动脉内未见明显栓子回声。结论:经胸彩色多普勒超声心动图是急性肺动脉栓塞影像学诊断中不可缺少的重要无创诊疗手段。

Objective： To assess diagnostic application of color Doppler echocardiogram for acute pulmonary embolism. Methods： Examination of color Doppler echocardiogram was performed in 11 patients （ men 8, women 3 ; aged from 35 to 75 ） who had confirmed to present the acute pulmonary embolism by general clinic. The right atrial, ventricular and pulmonary arterial thrombi echo was observed. Results：5 patients presented the thrombi in single pulmonary artery, no thrombi in 6 patients but their right cardiac volume were greater with pulmonary hypertension. Conclusions：Color Doppler echocardiography is an important diagnostic way for acute pulmonary arterial embolism.
