摘要
游梁式抽油机系统效率不高与电动机的选取和电动机运行效率低有较大关系。分析了抽油机用电动机运行效率低和功率因数低的原因,提出了新的电动机设计和控制方法,即将电动机定于绕组设计为两个功率按一定比例分配又可以并联工作的双绕组;根据电动机的电流判断负载情况,使电动机具有与不同负载相匹配的三种功率,从而使电动机能在不同负载的情况下以较高负载率运行,提高了电动机效率和功率团数,达到节能的目的。
The efficiency of a beam pumping umit system being not high is related to the selection of electric motor and low efficiency of the motor. The reason of low working efficiency and power factor of pumping unit motor is analyzed. New methods for design and control of the motor are offered. The stator winding is designed as a parallel duplex winding with power splitted in a certain proportion. The load on the motor can be adjusted by the current. The motor has three kinds of power matching with various loads, thereby it can run at high duty factor under different loads, its efficiency and power factor are improved and power consumption is reduced.
