发展常规工艺技术提高碳酸盐岩油藏的开发水平

摘要 华北油田碳酸盐岩油藏可分为裂缝-孔隙型、溶洞-裂缝型、溶洞-裂缝-孔隙型三类。20年的开发历程,按照产油状况为主的储层动态特征和相应的工艺技术措施,结合产油量和含水率的变化,可划分为三个阶段:上产、稳产阶段,主导增产技术是酸化;产量快速递减阶段,主要增产技术是卡(堵)水,配以提液、酸化措施,钻加密井;低产缓减阶段,主要挖潜工艺技术是化学堵水、选择性提液、停注降压开采,还有钻调整井、开窗侧钻、封固出水段并在含油段射孔、注氮气等。结论是,发展并高标准应用常规技术仍是提高开发水平的主要手段。 The carbonate reservoirs in Huabei Oilfield can be classified into three types including fracture porous type, cavernous fracture type and cavernous fracture porous type. According to the reservoir performance and relevant technologies in oil production state with variation of production rate and water cut, the twenty years development history can be divided into three stages. The first is the stage of putting into production and stable production, in which the main stimulation technology is acidization; The second is the stage of declining production, in which the stimulation technology is water plugging combined with fluid lifting,acidulation and drilling infill wells; The third stage is characterized as low and slowly declining production ,in which the main technologies for tapping production potentials are chemical water plugging, selective fluid lifting, production by stopping water injection and decompressure, drilling adjustment wells, lateral drilling, plugging water out intervals, perforating in oil bearing intervals and nitrogen injection etc. It is concluded that developing and applying conventional technologies are still main means for improving developing level.
