Development Strategy for Chinese Offshore Oil Industry

中国海洋石油工业2010年目标是生产5000万～6000万t油当量 发展战略是:坚持合作,加强自营,油气并举,向气倾斜,搁置争议,共同开发,增加储量,提高产量;海外合作,利用两种资源;开拓下游,建立上下游一体化的产业结构;进行股份制改造,建立完全的现代企业制度。

A target is placed for the Chinese offshore oil industry to produce 50 - 60 MM. p. a. oil equivalent by year 2010, and the strategies for developments set out are: persisting in sino- foreign cooperation, strengthening self financed activities, giving equal emphasis to oil and gas with more focus on natural gas, putting off disputes for joint developments; adding more reserves and increasing production; expanding overseas ventures to utilize both domestic and overseas resources; creating downstream business and establishing an up - stream and downstream integrate company structure; transforming towards a shareholding system and establishing a complete and modern enterprise system.
