摘要
文章分析了图书馆传统手工服务的弊端,并结合惠州慈云图书馆服务现状,阐述了图书馆开展自助服务的意义,提出读者服务自助化改革势在必行。
This research analyzes the disadvantages of traditional manual services and discusses the current nmning situation of Huizhou Ciyun Library. Then it states the significance of carrying out self- service and puts forward an argument that readers＇ self - services is imperative.
