摘要
在小型固定流化床、小型连续流化床及中型提升管装置上进行了催化裂化多产柴油的研究。探索了工艺参数对柴油产率和柴汽比的影响,进行了提升管不同位置进料的试验,评价了新型催化剂。试验结果表明,采用缓和的操作条件对多产柴油有利,但需与重油转化能力强、生焦低的催化剂相配合。DMC-2催化剂为较好的催化剂之一。采用选择性裂化可使柴油产率提高1.75个百分点。
Investigations of increasing LCO production in FCC were conducted on fixed fluidized bed , circulating fluidized bed and riser pilot plants with Daqing heavy oil. The influence of process parameters on the yield of LCO was studied and different feed injection positions along the riser reactor were tested. The results indicated that adoping mild operating conditions associated with high bottoms conversion ability catalyst favored LCO production. With above selective cracking approach, the yield of LCO can be increased by 1.8 wt% based on fresh feed.
