摘要
本文简要论述了高校图书馆要及时改变现状以适应社会发展的意义,以及为更好地开展网络信息服务应注重的几个方面。
This paper discusses the University Library in a timely manner to change the status quo in order to adapt to the social development of significance, as well as better network information service should focus on several aspects.
