摘要
介绍了基于生物机械工程理论和CAD/CAE/CAM技术,根据CT图像,利用逆向工程原理与技术建立人体足部有限元模型,建立了在中立相足部骨骼和软组织的应力应变分布规律,并验证了其有效性。作为足部模型的一个应用,建立了鞋楦模型,然后根据该鞋楦模型试行设计出不同的鞋模型。
The paper presented a foot finite element model which was established by CT (computed tomography) images treatment and the principle of reverse engineering based on the theory of biomechanical engineering and the technique of CAD/CAE/CAM. Its foot model was analyzed with finite element. The stress--strain distribution of foot skeletons and soft tissues in mid-stance were built, and its validity was validated. As one of the applications of the foot model, a shoe tree was built according to the foot model, and different shoe models were designed based on the shoe tree model.
