扬州方言轻声音高模式探赜

Inquiry into the Mode of Soft Tone Pitch in Yangzhou Dialect

声学实验表明扬州方言轻声音高模式异于北京话轻声,轻声调式与单字调关系密切,首字调型向后延伸覆盖"非轻声+轻声"字组,轻声调值可从首字预测,这种首字右扩展式变调与吴语包络式变调相类。方言地理上处于南方方言向北方官话过渡地带的江淮方言之扬州话,其轻声在共时状态下与吴语连读变调模式具有共性。

Acoustic experiments show that the pitch of light tone - unstressed voice in Yangzhou dialect is different from that of Beijing. It has close relationship with the single word pitch. This paper makes an preliminary inquiry into Yangzhou dialect.
