医疗机构“医闹”事件的思考

Reflections on "Quarrels" in Medical Institutions

近年来,医疗机构医患纠纷愈演愈烈,甚至发生"医闹"行为,社会对此也非常关注。文章从医疗机构存在的不足、医患双方的信任、社会舆论的公正等方面分析了医患纠纷产生的原因,并提出加大投入力度、疏通救济途径、完善社会保险、加强医院内部管理、社会共同参与、营造和谐医疗环境等解决对策,以化解矛盾纠纷,构建和谐医患关系。

In recent years, the disputes between doctors and patients have become increasingly severe in medical institutions, and there are even many quarrels existing, which cause the great concern of society about them. This article analyzes the causes of disputes from the following aspects ： the existing insufficiencies of medical institutions, the bilateral confidence between doctors and patients, the impartiality of public opinion. Moreover, it puts forward some measures, such as devoting greater efforts, clearing the way of relief, perfecting social insurance, strengthening internal management of hospital, advocating community participation, creating a harmonious medical environment, etc. to settle contradictions and disputes and build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
