摘要
为读者服务是图书馆的立馆之本,人性化服务是读者服务所追求的目标。本文分析了高校图书馆在对读者服务工作中存在的一些问题,并针对这些问题提出从服务原则、服务方式、服务主体和服务环境等方面加以完善和改进,本文指出更新服务观念、提高馆员素质是图书馆做好人性化服务工作的关键。
Serving readers is the fundamental for libraries and offering human - oriented services is the goal to meet readers' needs. This article analyzes the existing problems in libraries when readers are served. In view of these problems, we should improve and refine the principle of service, ways of service, service body and service environment And the key for libraries to offer better services is to update the concept of service and perfect the quality of the librarians.
