摘要
对扬州职业大学21名学生进行为期6周的自信心团体辅导干预,所有成员的羞怯程度有所降低,社交回避与苦恼有所减轻,个人评价有所提高。其中,贫困生的个人评价辅导后比辅导前有显著提高,羞怯量表、社交回避与苦恼量表及其苦恼分量表辅导后比辅导前显著降低。自信心团体辅导可以有效的提高高职贫困生的自信心。
To provide basis of improving impoverished students' self - confidence, this paper explores the impact of group counseling on improving self - confidence of impoverished students through a 6 - week group counseling intervention conducted on 21 students from Yangzhou Polytechnic College. After the intervention, all the students' shyness is reduced and social avoidance and stress is relieved than before. Personal evaluation is improved as well. Among these statistics, the score of PEI is significantly higher, and the score of Shyness scale and SAD scale are significantly lowered, which indicates that self - confidence group counseling can effectively improve the self - confidence of impoverished college students.
