摘要
对职业岗位工作过程与工作任务进行了分析,根据服装专业四大类职业岗位的知识、技能与能力的不同要求,阐述了各类职业岗位知识、技能与能力的结构关系。在高职教育中,从职业岗位工作过程的要求出发,在课程体系建设、教学方法与质量保障等方面,对实现职业岗位工作过程的知识、技能与能力结构关系要求作了深入的探讨。
This paper begins with the analysis of professional work processes and tasks. In the light of the different requirements of job knowledge, skills and ability for Garment Major, it explains the structural relationship among job knowledge, corresponding skills and ability for different jobs. Meanwhile, it makes a further probe into how to meet the requirement of the structural relationship among professional job knowledge, skills and ability from such perspectives as building curriculum system, teaching methods and quality assurance in higher vocational education.
