摘要 为了促进全国高师院校教师激励机制的不断完善和创新,文章在对西方激励理论进行分析综述的基础上,系统分析了河北省高师教师激励机制研究的现状,针对存在的问题提出了营造尊师氛围、学术氛围、完善分配制度、创新奖励制度、关注教师的情绪等改善和优化河北省高师教师激励机制的相关措施和建议。 To promote the unceasing consummation and the innovation of the national high colleges and even the national university's drive mechanism, on the foundation of the analysis and summarization for western drove theory, the article analyses the current situation of the research on university teacher motivation mechanism in Hebei province. And it proposes measures and suggestions to improve and optimize teacher motivation mecha- nism of in colleges and universities in Hebei Province, such as establishing an academic atmosphere and that for respecting teachers, perfecting distribution system, innovating award system, and caring the improvement and optimizing of teachers' mood.
