摘要
"双师型"人才是师范院校培养的具有教师资格和能力又具备相关专业知识技能的应用型人才。笔者就"双师型"教师的建设培养途径、素质要求提出了看法。基于社会对专业"双师型"人才需求发展的需求,结合河北科技师范学院教学实践,指出了"双师型"人才培养模式的目标内涵,提出了"双师型"人才培养"主修+辅修"、"理论+技能"、"国内+国外"、"校内教育+校外教育"、"学年学分制+完全学分制"为主体的人才培养模式。对"双师型"人才培养模式的教学体系建设也进行了探讨。
"Double-qualified-teacher-type" talents are the applied talents who are cultivated by normal universities, obtaining both teachers' qualifications and abilities and relative professional knowledge and skills. The authors put forward their own opinions on the approach to cultivate such teachers and the requirement of their qualities. In view of the society's developing needs of professional "Double-qualified-teacher-type" talents, combined with the teaching practice in Hebei Normal Urfiversity of Science ~ Technology, the aim and connotation of the training mode of "Double-qualified teacher type" talents are pointed out, and the talent cultivation mode of "major subject'4" minor subject", "theory+ skill", "home+ abroad", "campus + off-campus educa- tion", "schoolyear credit system+ complete credit system" is put forward. The construction of the teaching system of the cultivation mode is discussed as well.
