摘要
云南省禄劝县洗马河赛珠水电站为小流量高水头电站,引水系统采用一洞三机的供水方式,设计推荐球形岔管结构,并对其补强环的尺寸、球形岔管应力分布及变化规律采用结构力学法计算。文章介绍了球形岔管的制作工艺及水压试验过程,强调了球形岔管选取恰当的制作工艺对质量控制的重要性。该水电站高水头球形岔管焊接完成后经超声波探伤和X射线探照,安装焊缝一次合格率达到100%,整个成形焊缝未发现超标缺陷,钢管投入运行后情况良好。
Saizhu Hydropower Station is a high-head station with low flow. Its diversion system takes the water supply way of three units with one hole. The design recommended the ball bifurcated pipe. The calculated method of structural mechanics was applied in the size of reinforcement ring, the stress distribution and its variation law of ball bifurcated pipe. The article introduced the manufacturing process of ball bifurcated pipe and test process of water pressure. It stressed the importance of suitable manufacturing process in quality control. After the high-head ball bifurcated pipe was welded, the quality and erection qualified rate is up to 100% through ultra sonic and X-ray detection. The defects exceeding the standard were not found in forming welded joints. The condition has been well after the steel pipe was put into service.
