摘要
综合分析了两家育种单位(中国农业科学院作物科学研究所和山东农业大学农学院)的24份小麦杂种F4代材料(共计288个单株)的农艺性状遗传多样性,结果表明,小麦杂种F4代的农艺性状具有丰富的遗传多样性,Shannon指数为1.687 9;在遗传多样性分布上,材料间虽存在一定程度的遗传变异(8.32%),但遗传多样性主要集中在材料内部(91.68%);两家育种单位提供的材料遗传多样性丰富度基本接近,Shannon指数分别为1.679 7和1.692 0;UPGMA聚类表明同一育种单位的材料间遗传距离较近。
n order to investigate the genetic variation and structure of wheat hybrid F4 generation, 24 materials of F4 generation from China's Agriculture Academy and Shandong Agriculture University were studied. The results indicated that the wheat hybrid offspring F4 had rich genetic diversity (Shannon index H^1=1. 687 9). As for the distribution pattern of genetic diversity, the genetic variation within accessions (91.68%) was greater than that among accessions (8.32%), and genetic distance among populations was related with their breeding places. The Shannon index of the two groups from Beijing and Shandong was 1. 679 7 and 1. 692 0 respectively.
