摘要
以河北马头发电有限责任公司#4锅炉除尘器改造为例,分析了国内火力发电厂烟气除尘设备进行技术改造的各种方案,并对各种方案进行了比较。结果表明:从相关方面综合考虑,采用原位布置特殊设计的除尘器方案为最佳方案。除尘器改造后烟尘排放小于100 mg/m3,达到了《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》GB13223-2003对Ⅰ时段锅炉烟尘排放标准自2010年起执行200 mg/m3的要求,该项技术改造方案对将要进行除尘器技术改造的老火力发电厂具有一定的参考价值。
This paper analyzes all kinds of precipitator technology transformation program of domestic coalfired power plant by taking #4 boiler precipitator transformation of Matou Hebei Power Generation Co. Ltd. as an example. The paper also made a comparison of these programs. The analysis indicated that the program that adopts in-situ design is the best option. Tile dust emission of this program is less than 100 mg/ m^3 after the transformation of the precipitator, meeting the requirements of 200 mg/m^3 on boiler soot emission standards --〈thermal power plant emission standards for air pollutants〉GB13223-2003 ---which will be implemented from 2010. This transformation program will be valuable for the old coal-fired power plants that need to carry out precipitator technology transformation.
