规律运动与2型糖尿病血管内皮功能(综述) 被引量:4

摘要 2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者心血管疾病发病率远高于普通人群,血管并发症是其致死致残的主要原因,研究认为血管内皮细胞功能病理性改变是导致血管并发症的始发因素,而规律运动可以改善T2DM患者内皮功能,相关机制主要有:运动通过增强血糖控制能力、抑制氧化应激、降低胰岛素抵抗及炎症反应、改善脂肪代谢等来调节血管舒张因子表达。规律运动通过改善血管内皮功能,使T2DM患者病情稳定,血管并发症发病率与死亡率降低。 Type 2 diabetic patients have higher risk of cardiovascular disease than normal population. It is believed that the change of endothelial function is an initial factor of cardiovascular complications. Regular exercise can improve endothelial function of type 2 diabetic patients. The improvement may be due to the fact that regular physical exercise can enhance glycemic control, reduce oxidative stress, decrease insulin resistance and inflammation,regulate lipids metabolism, and as a result can improve the expression of vascular relaxing factors. To sum up, regular physical exercises can improve endothelial function in type 2 diabetes, reduce the morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular complications of type 2 diabetic patients.
