摘要
应用文献资料调查、特尔菲和AHP等方法,对中国足球超级联赛俱乐部后备人才培养情况的指标以及指标的权重分配进行调查和计算,制定出后备人才培养的评价方案。
The paper first reviewed the literature and expert interviews about the various plans for training future players for China＇s premier league clubs. The indexes of these plans were then investigated and the weight of these indexes was calculated. An assessment program for training future players was finally established by using Delphi, and AHP methods.
