盆炎宁对苯酚胶浆致大鼠输卵管炎的治疗作用

Therapeutic Effect of Penyanning Tablets on Rat Fallopian Tube Inflammation Induced by Phenol Plasma

目的观察盆炎宁对苯酚胶浆致大鼠输卵管炎的治疗作用。方法采用大鼠双侧输卵管内注射苯酚胶浆造成大鼠输卵管炎症模型,7d后灌胃给予盆炎宁治疗28d。结果模型组大鼠有病理组织学异常病变,子宫卵巢脏体比值显著增加,输卵管通畅率显著减小;盆炎宁治疗均可不同程度地改善子宫病理改变,子宫卵巢脏体比值显著减小,输卵管通畅率显著增加。结论采用苯酚胶浆注入双侧输卵管内造成大鼠输卵管炎症模型是成功而可行的;盆炎宁对苯酚胶浆致大鼠输卵管炎有显著的治疗作用,并呈一定的量效关系。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Penyanning Tablets on rat fallopian tube inflammation induced by phenol plasma. Methods Rat Fallopian tube inflammation model was made by injecting phenol plasma into two fallopian tubes. 7 d later, to treat with Penyanning Tablets by gavage for 28 d. Results There existed the pathological and histological abnormal changes among rats in the model group. The rate of uterus and ovary weight increased significantly. The patency rate of Fallopian tube decreased significantly. After treatment of Penyaning, the pathological changes of uterus mentioned above were ameliorated in various degrees. The rate of uterus and ovary weight decreased significantly. The patency rate of Fallopian tube under the larger dose increased significantly. Conclusion The rat Fallopian tube inflammation model made by injecting phenol plasma into two fallopian tubes is successful and feasible. There exist remarkable therapeutic effects of Penyanning Tablets on rat fallopian tube inflammation induced by phenol plasma, with some positive relationship of efficacy and dosage.
