天王补心丸中丹参与桔梗配伍后的化学成分变化研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究天王补心丸中丹参与桔梗两味药共同煎煮时所产生的化学成分变化情况。方法分别制备桔梗单煎液、丹参单煎液、丹参和桔梗混煎液、丹参和桔梗单煎后混合液4个样品,采用高效液相色谱(H PLC)法分别建立色谱图并比较其差异,测定样品中丹参素钠的含量。结果丹参和桔梗混煎液的色谱峰数目明显多于丹参和桔梗单煎后混合液,丹参素钠的含量前者为0.20%,后者为0.11%。结论丹参与桔梗配伍后,共同煎煮过程中化学成分发生了一些变化,不等同于单味药材煎煮后化学成分的简单相加。 Objective To study the chemical composition change between Salvia miltiorrhiza and Platycodon grandiflorum during decoction together in Tianwang Buxin Pills. Methods To prepare four decocting samples, namely, Salvia mihiorrhiza, Platycodon grandiflorum, Salvia mihiorrhiza and Platycodon grandiflorum decocted together, Platycodon grandiflorum and Salvia mihiorrhiza mixed after decocted alone. To confirm chromatograms of the samples by HPLC and compare their difference. Sodium danshensu was inspected by HPLC. Results The peaks in sample of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Platycodon grandiflorum decocted together was more than the sample of Platycodon grandiflorum and Salvia mihiorrhiza mixed after decocted alone. The content of sodium danshensu was 0. 20% in the former, and 0. 11% in the later. Conclusion The chemical compositions change during Salvia miltiorrhiza and Platycodon grandiflorum decocted together. It is not different from that the chemical compositions of the herb just add together.
