丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合胸腺肽针治疗癌症疲劳综合征的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Tanshinone ⅡA Sulfonate Sodium Injection Combined Thymic Peptide Injection on Treating Cancer Effort Syndrome

目的探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合胸腺肽针治疗癌症疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法将100例癌症疲劳综合征患者随机均分为两组,对照组采用单纯支持治疗,治疗组在支持治疗的基础上用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合胸腺肽针静脉治疗。结果治疗组有效率为98.0%,对照组有效率为82.0%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论静脉应用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合胸腺肽针是治疗癌症疲劳综合征的有效措施。

Objective To approach the clinical treatment effect of Tanshinone ⅡA Sulfonate Sodium Injection combined Thymic Peptide Injection on cancer effort syndrome. Methods 100 cancer effort syndrome patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was merely used supportive treatment, the treat group was used Tanshinone ⅡA Sulfonate Sodium Injection combined Thymic Peptide Injection by intravenous injection based on the supportive treatment. Results The effective rate in the treatment group and control group was 98.0% and 82.0% respectively, with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tanshinone ⅡA Sulfonate Sodium Injection combined Thymic Peptide Injection to treat cancer effort syndrome is an effective measure.
