清末至民国时期我国邮政部门对侨批业的管理

The Department of Postal Service and the Overseas Chinese Postal Agency Business Management in Late Qing and Republic China Period

中国近代邮政建于清末,此时闽粤地区特有的民营侨批业已具有相当规模,被纳入了政府邮政管辖范围。此后,从清末至民国年间,政府邮政部门逐步加强对民营侨批业的管理,而这种管理在规范侨批行业的同时,也给侨批业的生存发展带来了很大的限制,促使侨批局不断设法寻求生存发展的空间。

The Department of Postal Service of China founded in Late Qing Dynasty, centralized administration to the Business of Overseas Chinese Postal Agencies in Guangdong and Fujian which developed at a certain scale. Henceforth, it gradually strengthened the administration to the Business of Overseas Chinese Postal Agencies till the period of Republic of China. The Business of Overseas Chinese Postal Agencies was put under a standardized administration. But on the other hand, the business development was also restricted, so that the Overseas Chinese Postal Agencies had to strike for its existence and development.
