摘要
运用光滑表面轴承的近似解析雷诺方程作为粗糙表面轴承的理论分析基础,导出粗糙表面非牛顿流体润滑的雷诺方程,并将它们用来分析阶梯形滑动轴承的设计问题.其计算结果与具有相同名义油膜厚度的光滑表面轴承进行比较表明,润滑剂的流变性能和表面粗糙度对于轴承的承载能力和工作表面的摩擦力有很大影响.
By using the approximate analytical Reynolds equation for the smooth surface bearing as the analysis base in the presence of roughness, an endeavour is made to provide non- Newtonian theory for rough surfaces. Generalized forms of one dimensional Reynolds equations are established for two types of roughness arrangements, the transverse and the longitudinal. These equations are subsequently used to analyse the problem of optimum design for the Rayleigh slider bearing as one of examples of engineering applications. Various bearing characteristics are obtained and compared with those of a smooth bearing for a same nominal film thickness. The calculated results shows that both lubricant rheological behaviours and surface roughness have an important influence on the load capacity and friction drag at the surfaces of bearing.
