摘要
目的动态监测湖北省省管单位餐具卫生消毒状况。方法使用国家标准检验方法和卫生标准对武汉市城区2003~2007年省管单位餐具抽检样品进行微生物检验,对结果进行统计学分析。结果共检测样品9108件,合格7824件,总合格率为85.90%;各年度间合格率有显著性差异(χ2=57.19,P<0.01);不同规格餐具的合格率有显著性差异(χ2=83.0,P<0.01);不同类型的单位餐具消毒效果有显著性差异(χ2=426.29,P<0.01)。结论各年度餐具消毒合格率、不同规格餐具的消毒效果和不同类型餐饮业的餐具污染程度有所不同,应进一步加强对省管单位餐具消毒工作的卫生监管力度。
Objective Monitoring the disinfectant condition of tableware of the dining halls under provincial management. Methods The method of GB14934-94 was applied, microorganism index was examined in the samples of tableware from 2003 to 2007, and the data were analyzed statistically. Results The total number of samples detected was 9108, 7824 qualified reaching 85.90%. Significant differences existed in annual qualification rate (χ^2 = 57.19,P 〈 0. 01 ) ,different groups of tableware (χ^2 = 83.0, P 〈 0. 01 ) and different types of tableware (χ^2 = 426.29, P 〈 0.01 ) showed different results. Conclusion The annual qualification rate sterilization effects and the types of tableware were different. The supervision on dining-hall disinfection should be further emphasized.
