摘要
针对目前指控系统自身特性或使命要求的不同导致系统评估有效性指标不稳定的实际,结合空基指控系统的功能、特点以及应用研究情况,以空基指控系统试飞效能数据为基础,借助兰彻斯特方程描述战争过程的广泛适用性和实时有效性,提出了一种以系统空间与使命的匹配程度为目标的动态评估模型,即把系统的运行与系统要完成的使命结合起来,根据系统在特定情况下本原的取值范围,计算系统属性空间的运行轨迹与使命所要求轨迹相符合的程度,得到对空基指控系统有效性评价总的度量。此方法能在一定程度上弥补由于使命属性选择不够合理而导致的评估差异。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性和合理性。
Aiming at the fact that the dependence of modem high - tech warfare on the command and control system is increasing, and that the command and different control system itself characteristics and the different mission requirements make the evaluation effectiveness unstable, a dynamic evaluation model with the matching degree of system space and mission as the target is presented, in combination with the Air - based command control system function, characteristic and application research, on the basis of command control system flight -test data illustrating the broad applicability and real - time effectiveness of the warfare with the Lanchester Equation. By using this method, the operation and the mission of the system are combined together to calculate the relation between the trajectory of the system property space and the mission - required trajectory according to the numeric area of the system in certain circumstance, and finally the whole measurement of the Air - based command control system is given. The method makes up the evaluation difference caused by the unreasonable choice of mission property. The simulation results verify the validity and rationality of the method.
