伦理道德不是一种自然的和永恒不变的社会观念,而是随着历史的发展不断发生变化的。在不同的历史时期和不同的文化背景下,其含义、构成、作用和性质也各有特点。现代和谐社会所依托的伦理道德原则是建立在现代物质文明和文化背景之上的,与传统的伦理道德原则存在着经济基础、价值取向和行为方式等质的区别。

Ethics is not a natural and eternal concept of community, and it is changing with the development of history. In different periods and different cultural backgrounds, ethics shows its won features in meaning, composition, function and nature. Modern harmonious society is based on modem ethics, which is in the background of modem materialism and culture. There are many differences between Chinese traditional ethics and modem ethics in economic foundation, value orientation and behaviors.
