直肠癌MILE’S术后肠造口皮肤黏膜分离的护理(附16例报告)

Nursing care for the patients with mucocutaneous separation in rectal cancer patients after Mils operation

目的探讨直肠癌Mile′术后肠造口皮肤粘膜分离的处理及护理体会。方法回顾性分析16例直肠癌Mile′术后肠造口皮肤粘膜分离病例临床资料。结果16例并发症均治愈,平均治愈时间为13日。结论有针对性的造口护理和治疗,迅速治愈直肠癌MILE’S术后肠造口皮肤黏膜分离的造口并发症,大幅度提高了患者生活质量。

Objectie To explore the method and path of nursing care for the patients with mucocutaneous separation in rectal cancer patients after Mils operation. Methods 16 cases with mucocutaneous separation in rectal cancer patients after Mils operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results 16 cases with the complication were cured, the average cure time is 13 days. Conclusion We can cure the complication that mucocutaneous separation in rectal cancer patients after Mils operation by The appropriate nursing and treatment for the stoma, the quality of the patients life were improved greatly.
