我国宋元手工技术水平的历史定位

Historical Assessment of Handy Crafts Level in Song-and-Yuan Dynasties in China

宋元时期的手工技术代表了我国古代科技发展的一个顶峰,成为中国科技史的骄傲。但宋元的政治、经济、文化的光彩一直被隋唐和明清所遮掩。本研究以隋唐和明清作为比较对象,从区域地理环境、自然资源状况、社会稳定程度以及价值情感等因素对手工技术的影响出发,定位了宋元时期手工技术在质与量上的突出性与特殊性。

While handy crafts in Song-and-Yuan Dynasties marked the peak of ancient science and technology, the political, economic and cultural development in Song-and-Yuan Dynasties had long been shadowed by that in Sui-and-Tang and Ming-and-Qing Dynasties. This paper, based on a comparative study, from the perspective of the impact of geographic circumstance, natural resources, social stability, and social values upon handy crafts, highlights the significance and peculiarity of handy crafts both in quality and quantity in Song-and-Yuan Dynasties.
