On the Construction of Talents in Shanxi Province

国家发展关键在于培养和用好人才。山西省人才队伍建设取得了重大成绩,但是也存在总量不足,尤其是高层次领军人才缺乏,结构不优等问题,因而,当前和今后一个时期,山西省人才队伍建设应该重点应抓好三个关键环节的改革创新和五项工作。

The national development lies in training and making good use of talents. The construction of talents in Shanxi Province has made significant achievements, but there exist such problems as small number, high-level leading talents insufficient, and imperfect structure. Therefore in the current and future periods, the construction of Shanxi talents should focus on three keys of reform and innovation and five essential items.
