摘要
以鸡胚气管纤毛运动作为指示系统,研究不同分离方法即直取法与分离法所培养的鸡胚气管环的成活情况及对气管环纤毛成活的最佳犊牛血清浓度,结果表明:在同等条件下,以分离法所得的鸡胚气管环成活率高、成活时间长并且气管环纤毛在含2%~3%犊牛血清的培养液中生长最佳。
With chick tracheal organ ciliary movement as the guidance system, the aumors researcned on the survival rate of chick tracheal organ and the best calf serum concentration for chick tracheal cilia by two different methods, namely direct separation and indirect separation. The results showed that under the same conditions, chick tracheal organ which was separated by indirect separation survived well with high living rate and would survive for a longer time and that the best calf serum concentration for chick tracheal organ living was 2%-3%.
