Libraries Roles in Construction of Economic Zone West of the Taiwan Straits

在海峡西岸经济区建设中,图书馆的作用不容忽视。图书馆应围绕福建省海峡西岸经济区纲要的规划,构建与之相适应的馆藏文献信息资源,主动与福建"两个先行"建设项目对接,突显闽台交流与福建文化特色。

The roles played by libraries in the construction of economic zone west of the Taiwan Straits cannot be overlooked. Libraries, centering on the planning of this economic construction, should collect and store information which can be applied to this economic development and take initiative in offering services to Two Pioneering Regions of Fujian province. The services should bear features of exchanges between Fujian and Taiwan and Fujian culture.
