大型直流锅炉热注参数无线传输仪及无线通信网络的设计

摘要 本文介绍了开采稠油资源所用的大型直流注汽锅炉的工况监测方法,设计了参数测量及无线传输仪对注入地层的高温高压蒸汽的压力、压差、干度、流量等参数进行连续测量,并实现了数字化无线通信网络用以同时集中监测多台锅炉的运行工况。文中详细描述了该系统的硬件电路和软件,以及89C52单片机在该系统中的应用。 The working condition measurement means for large scale direct injection boiler which wasused to extract dense petroleum were discussed in this paper. Parameters measurement and digital radio communication equipment was designed in order to continuously get data of pressure,pressure difference, dry steam percent of two-phase flow as well as mass flow rate of high temperatureand high pressure steam. Digital radio communication network was realized for monitoring several boilers simultaneously. The hardware and software of this system as well as the application of single chip computer 89C52 were described.
