炼化企业安全管理方法的探索与实践

EXPLORATION AND PRACTICE OF SAFETY MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR REFINING AND PETROCHEMICAL ENTERPRISES

结合炼化企业生产实际,从实施动火作业集中定时管理、三违源头治理、安全预案演练、安全活动程序规范等五方面进行安全科学管理方法的探索与实践,取得了较好的效果,保证了生产装置的安稳、长周期运行。

Based on the actual operation in refining and petrochemical enterprises,this paper explores and practices the scientific safety management methods from aspects of centralized and time management on hot work,source control of three kinds of violation,drilling of safety emergency plan,and procedures and standards for safety activities. Good effect has been achieved,and stable and long-term operation of the unit is guaranteed.
