复方磺胺甲唑粉末治疗恶病质病人压疮疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of chemitrim powder to treat cachexia patients complicated with pressure sore

[目的]促使恶病质病人压疮尽快愈合。[方法]将60例压疮病人随机分成对照组和实验组。实验组36例压疮病人采用复方磺胺甲唑粉末治疗,对照组24例压疮病人采用传统庆大霉素纱条换药方法治疗。[结果]两组病人愈合率、显效时间、愈合时间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),以3周为1个疗程计算,实验组与对照组相比,每例压疮病人的愈合费用可节省98.49元。[结论]复方磺胺甲唑粉末用于治疗恶病质压疮,显效快、愈合时间短、省钱,且操作简便,是治疗恶病质病人压疮的可行方法。

Objective： To enable the healing of pressure sore of cachexia patients as quickly as possible. Methods：A total of 60 cachexia patients with pressure sore were randomly divided into control group （24 cases） and test group （36 cases）. Patients of test group accepted the chemitrim powder treatment. Patients of control group were treated with traditional way of dressing change with gentamicin gauze. Results：There was statistical significance in terms of the healing rate,excellence time and healing time between both groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Chemitrim powder used for treating cachexia patients with pressure sore, which has many advantages such as timesaving, labor saving, and money saving. And it is easy to manipulate. Therefore,it is a feasible method to treat cachexia patients with pressure sore.
