摘要
对Curtic准静态、Materka、Statz以及修正Curtic-Rodriguez四种非线性模型进行比较,通过分析各种模型DC、CV、RF特性,发现修正的Curtic-Rodriguez模型精度最好,适用的偏置范围最宽,是大功率MESFET非线性模型的理想选择。
Four types of nonlinear models, which are the curtic quadratic, materka, statz, advanced curtic rodriguez, are compared by analyzing their DC、CV、RF characters. The adv. curtic - rodriguez model has the highest precision, is applicable to the widest bias field, and is the most ideal nonlinear model for high power GaAs MESFET modeling.
